We are so very honored that you are visiting our web site. We are a group of people who are very interested in helping people and we are always looking for creative ways of doing so.

Miramichi Fellowship Center officially began the journey of serving the community in 1989. Since that time we have supported our community of Blackville in many ways.

MFC began a literacy program where adults could come and study to receive their high school equivalency - GED.

Sponsored tele-education where university courses could be participated in at our facility.

We are involved in feeding seniors and shut-ins via the program "Meals on Wheels" of the greater Blackville area since 1994. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we make meals and have them delivered to seniors in the area.

We were involved in starting an organization called A Family Place where young parents could bring their small children to learn how to socialize and learn parenting skills. We hosted this within our facility for a number of years.

MFC was involved in starting kindergarten in the community.

We operated a program for youth at risk where young people learned social skills and developed workplace essential skills.

Operated various prison ministries from our location to not only Atlantic Institution but to other penal institutions in Atlantic Canada.
MFC continually running programs to help children, youth, college and career age youth as well as programs to assist parents in raising families and seniors in adapting to the issues of aging.
The church has run environmental programs to clean up the Miramichi River and served on a board to establish a municipal park in Blackville.
We have chaired economic development committees for central Miramichi.
We have been involved nationally with leaders of Christianity in Canada.

In 2003 Miramichi Fellowship Center founded a Christian Community Radio Station with locations in Blackville and Miramichi.
Within our facility we are now operating a licensed FM Christian Radio Station - CJFY FM Life 107.7 in Blackville and 96.5 in Miramichi.
